Creating a jilihit account is quick and straightforward. Visit the jilihit website and click the registration button on the homepage. You'll need to provide a valid email address, a mobile number registered in the Philippines, and a secure password. Once you submit your details, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the code to activate your account. After activation, you can complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as your PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license — to unlock full deposit and withdrawal functionality.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at jilihit. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. All accounts are subject to age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all deposited funds returned to the originating payment method. We take this rule very seriously — no exceptions.

No. jilihit strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function or contact our support team at [email protected] — do not create a new account.

To reset your password, go to the jilihit Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team and we'll verify your identity and assist you manually.

KYC verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. To complete verification, log in to your jilihit account and navigate to Account Settings → Verify Identity. Upload a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID). You may also be asked to submit a selfie holding your ID. Our team reviews submissions within 24 hours. Once approved, your account is fully verified and all withdrawal limits are lifted.

Some account details — such as your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your identity documents. Other details, such as your contact number, email address, and preferred language, can be updated through Account Settings. For changes to core identity information, please contact our support team with supporting documentation. We process such requests within 3 business days.
Deposits & Payments

jilihit supports a wide range of Philippine-friendly payment methods. You can deposit using:

The minimum deposit at jilihit is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, the minimum deposit is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification for security purposes. All deposit amounts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jilihit account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically take 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours (8 AM – 5 PM PHT on weekdays). Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends may take longer. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

jilihit does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Any fees charged by third-party providers are outside jilihit's control and cannot be reimbursed.

Yes — and we strongly encourage it as part of responsible gaming. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limit. Reductions to your limit take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active. Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw, log in to your jilihit account and go to Cashier → Withdraw. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on your verified jilihit account — this is a security requirement. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour during peak hours (8 AM – 12 AM PHT). Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team before processing to ensure security. During high-volume periods — such as major JILI game events or weekend promotions — processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal has been processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount at jilihit is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches over multiple business days for security and compliance reasons. Unverified accounts are subject to lower withdrawal limits until KYC is completed.

Withdrawals may be rejected for several reasons:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending
