Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jilihit support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilihit's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
jilihit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilihit will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the jilihit Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
